Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept physical returns; however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your soda, we are committed to making it right.
Return Process
- 1.Check Your Order
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival to ensure all cans are intact and your order is correct.
- 2.Contact Support
If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- 3.Review Process
Our customer experience team will review your request and process a replacement or refund for the affected items within 48 hours.
- 4.Recycle Your Cans
Since there is no need to mail the product back to us, please dispose of any damaged goods and recycle the aluminum cans.
